Abstract
Es frecuente hallar en docentes y alumnos, en un grado más o menos elevado, cierta reticencia al tener que integrar cuestiones ligadas a las humanidades, y más específicamente a la ética, con el gran universo de conocimientos abarcados por las ciencias. Y no con menor asombro constatar que muchos de estos conocimientos son relativizados o bien cuestionados debido al simple hecho de no pertenecer a cuestiones empíricamente comprobables. O bien, no por falta de sustento en la realidad, sino por cuestiones de orden más bien ideológico. Frente a este obstáculo cada vez más desafiante, el docente se halla ante la difícil tarea de integrar el saber en un ambiente académico muchas veces hostil a estas ideas. El objeto de este trabajo es delinear algunas nociones que aporten elementos esenciales de un modo concreto y ordenado con el fin de jerarquizar y fundamentar la unidad del saber.
It is common to find a certain reluctance among both teachers and students -to a greater or lesser degree- as regards the field of humanities; more specifically to issues related to ethics due to the wide range of knowledge developed by the different sciences. Not surprisingly, most of this ethical knowledge is either relativized or at least questioned due to the mere fact that it is not empirically verifiable. Other reasons that undermine ethics simply respond to ideological issues. To deal with this defying obstacle, the teacher is faced with the challenging task of integrating the knowledge in this increasingly hostile academic environment. The aim of this paper is to put forward certain notions that provide essential elements in a concrete and organized way to prioritize and substantiate an integrated knowledge.
